In Cambodia we saw mainly the city sites of Phnom Penh and Siem Reap and learnt about the tragic and shocking history of this beautiful country. We got to ‘live like a local’ and spent time with Cambodia kids in the countryside, playing under the water sprinkler and in the fields, teaching them English, photography and how to be a drone pilot! Such kind and beautiful people! We have yet to explore the amazing beaches – so will definitely return!

Phnom Penh

Phnom Penh is Cambodia’s capital city, perched on the junction of the Mekong and Tonlé Sap rivers. Here you can walk alongn the riverfront, visit parks, restaurants, bars, the Silver Pagoda, Royal Palace, and National Museum. There is also an Art Deco Central Market well worth a visit.

Siem Reap
